Role transparency
Depending on the confirmed transaction, TTC may act as the buyer-side sourcing agent, a written manufacturer representative, or a reseller. The applicable role, responsibilities, scope and commercial terms are stated before the order is placed.
Independent inspectors, freight forwarders, insurers and customs-clearance specialists remain responsible for their own professional services. TTC coordinates their involvement where agreed.
TTC does not guarantee lowest prices, customs outcomes, delivery dates or equipment performance. Manufacturer commitments and order-specific terms are documented in the written quotation and contract.
Share the application, target capacity, quantity and delivery location so TTC can define the next sourcing step.
